Connor Frerichs, PT, DPT
Dr. Connor grew up in rural Iowa as a multi-sport athlete before going to physical therapy school at Creighton University and subsequently went to the University of Delaware for a sports residency. His passion as a provider is providing optimal rehabilitation for post-operative and athletic individuals. Connor has written and participated in research collections involving the knee specifically after neurological and ACL injuries. He loves when patients have high-level goals and enjoys curating a plan to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
Connor’s individual passions are being active with running, triathlons, volleyball, and hiking. He and his wife enjoy trying new things — especially anything outdoors. His other passions consist of making sourdough bread, reading (both for fun and physical therapy research), and going to sporting events. His wife grew up in Redlands and he is excited to be an active member within the community!
