Step 1: Book a FREE phone consultation
You’ll get to talk to a Doctor of Physical Therapy about your concerns, get all of your questions answered, and learn more about how to get out of pain! Or, even if you’re not in any pain, if you want to talk to a professional about your training program, how to improve your fitness, or avoid injury — this is your chance!

Step 2: Get an in-depth, comprehensive evaluation
This is when you’ll meet with your personal Doctor of Physical Therapy to discuss your goals and determine all the factors that are standing in your way. They will perform a thorough assessment and create a treatment plan tailored to you.

Step 3: Get back to doing the things you love, pain-free!
Once you complete your phone consultation and get evaluated by your performance physical therapist, the fun part begins! You’ll work with your PT to get out of pain and, more importantly, stay out of pain! Before you know it, you’ll be back to doing the things you love.
